Season 5 was a mess when Cartoon Network aired it. The Disaster although isn't the last production season 4 episode it makes more sense to have it as the season finale due to the episode being a sequel to season's 5 premiere. The Origins are next to each other due to it being a 2 parter.

Another episode that had to be moved up is The Coach due to the Coach showing up in the next episode The Joy. Even though The Shell is the second episode in production order it means Penny is back in her shell the next episode.

Again like season 1 I'm not sure on the order so opinions are welcome. Season 2 is production order, exception is The Finale which is moved to be the actual finale. An example why I think this order works better is due to a scene in The Spoon, the boys didn't know Larry's name when they came running into the store. Thoughts on ideas are welcome to help this list be more accurate. Season 1's order has been changed slightly and is still a work in progress.

I moved both The Responsible and The Third up. This list is a work in progress so there may be some issues here and there such as /u/grunkledeadly pointed out that Penny would still be in her shell in later episodes.
